These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the main rules for using the website (the “Site”) you are viewing, securely and in accordance with the law. In the event of disputes arising from or in any way connected to the use of the Site, or relating to these general Terms and Conditions, the Court of Vicenza will have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the application of the mandatory criteria of territorial jurisdiction established by the current procedural rules and without prejudice to the mandatory rules of the Consumer Code.
