Choosing to install aluminium interior coverings instead of the traditional wooden van flooring and polypropylene panelling allows heavy loads to be transported more frequently, while at the same time guaranteeing a high degree of resistance and durability.

Aluminium van flooring allows to make the vehicle bottom sturdier and guarantees an excellent grip when walked on thanks to the special five-almond embossed pattern. These van flooring elements are made of an aluminium diamond plate mounted on an engineered birch under-floor panel with phenolic coating to prevent deformation over time. The van floor thus assembled is then fastened to the vehicle body with screws, using the existing holes. Each aluminium van floor is fitted with pass-through holes for easily accessing the load-restraining rings on the vehicle bottom to secure the goods transported with straps and travel in conformity to the load-securing regulations (Directive 2014/47/EU).
The aluminium side panelling for vans consists of internal coverings designed and shaped to perfectly cover the side walls of commercial vehicles, and are secured using the holes made in advance by the manufacturer. The traditional panelling elements for vans are replaced by actual tool panels, consisting of an aluminium plate with square perforations. This distinctive feature creates an area where it is possible to secure a wide range of Store Van accessories so that the van equipment can be constantly changed as required.
