Le produit est\u00a0soumis \u00e0 un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de galvanisation \u00e0 chaud, puis de chauffage \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature\u00a0d\u2019env. 550 \u00b0C par lequel le zinc se soude \u00e0 la surface de la t\u00f4le en formant un alliage\u00a0avec l\u2019acier.\u00a0Le r\u00e9sultat obtenu est une couche de zinc uniforme et une structure cristalline fine\u00a0combin\u00e9es \u00e0 une qualit\u00e9 de la surface et une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion nettement plus\u00a0\u00e9lev\u00e9es.
