The vending sector involves installation, maintenance and management of automatic vending machines for food and drink. Operatives working in this sector need van equipment specially designed for maintenance of vending machines for food and drink generally.
Store Van outfitting solutions for vending vans are made to measure, adjusting to the requirements of each individual customer. Normally composed of adjustable van shelving and spaces for refrigerators and safes, the aim is to greatly decrease the time that the operative spends collecting foodstuffs from within the commercial vehicle.
The vending fit-out is fully customisable and is often configured with a division of the load area into two distinct zones: one accessible from the side door and the other from the rear doors. The space thus organised is then optimised using height-adjustable shelves.
These shelves are made of birch plywood with phenolic coating, for a total thickness of 9 mm, and offer high wear resistance (Taber value from 300 R to 1500 R according to EN 438-2). Their load capacity, generally between 100 and 200 kg, is indicated by a specific label applied to each shelf, to safely support loads of beverages and food of different sizes.
The structure, completely self-supporting, is equipped with dedicated anchor points for securing goods, ensuring transport in complete safety. Installation is carried out using the holes already present in the bodywork of the load area, without the need for invasive interventions.
For each vending fit-out, a custom 3D project is developed, defined together with the customer to respond precisely to different operational needs.
Generally, the interior space of the vehicle is organised into two distinct areas, to optimise daily activity management. In the rear section, accessible from the swing doors, height-adjustable shelves and dedicated compartments are placed, designed for example for housing refrigerators or specific containers. The central zone, between the driver’s cab and the rear compartment, can instead be configured with shelving or with Light Shelf foldable van shelving, to ensure maximum flexibility of use.
