Every van racking system is built around two structural side panels, known as Frame Front, between which shelves, storage trays, drawer units and all other system components are installed. Frame Front side panels are available in automotive-grade galvannealed steel or painted aluminium sheet, featuring anodised aluminium uprights to ensure excellent corrosion resistance.
Thanks to the 10 × 10 mm square holes with a 38 mm pitch, Frame Front side panels allow a wide range of accessories to be installed quickly and securely using dedicated plastic inserts. These include paper roll holders, threaded rod holders, cable saddles, aerosol can holders, silicone cartridge holders and Airline load securing straps.
The side panels can also be overlapped to perfectly follow the shape of the vehicle interior, adapting to curved bodywork sections and wheel arches. This makes it possible to create highly flexible and fully customised van racking configurations.
Frame Front side panels are available in 3 depths and 19 heights. Their distinctive 25 mm pitch perforation pattern on the uprights provides a strong and secure fixing point for all the components used in Store Van van racking systems.
